Our straightforward, three-phase process: Discovery, Design and Development, and Delivery serves as the cornerstone of our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

 

Phase 1 - Discovery

Phase 1 - Discovery

The first phase in our process is getting to know you and your learners. This includes the following:

  • Performing a needs analysis including DEIB priorities
  • Aligning on vision, brand, and expectations
  • Creating a mutually-agreed project plan
Phase 2 - Design and Development

Phase 2 - Design and Development

The second phase comprises the majority of our work together. We use a DEIB-driven design approach to map every aspect of the learning back to the key objectives and outcomes. We specialize in effective consultation and do all the heavy lifting. We engage learners in the learning experience and evaluate the efficacy of our designs. You review and approve every step of the way to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Phase 3 - Delivery

Phase 3 - Delivery

The final phase is where The Arch’s rigorous quality testing meets your final review as the seal of approval. We ensure on-time delivery of projects and always aim to exceed expectations. 

The EMPOWER Framework

 

EMPOWER: A DEIB-Driven LXD Framework takes a unique approach combining our extensive experience using established frameworks (i.e., UBD/ Backwards Design, ADDIE, and Stanford’s Design Thinking) with a commitment to advancing learning experience design (LXD) with dedication to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Through world-class collaboration and consultation, we apply our DEIB-Driven LXD framework to empower our clients and learners to succeed in an ever-changing world.
